A parameter can be set to blank screen or lock CARESTREAM PACS Workflow Manager sessions after a period of inactivity. Another parameter can be set to automatically log out users after a period of inactivity. The lock (screen blanking) parameter should be set to a smaller value than the log out parameter. Access the Central Configuration utility and edit session_timeouts.
CAUTION: Any improper edit activity in Central Configuration can cause the system to function incorrectly or possibly cause loss of function of the Web Server. Access to Central Configuration should be limited to specific System Administration accounts that have been properly trained in the backup and edit procedures of configuration data.
