Users can click the Privacy Notice link on the Login window to view a privacy notice. The notice can be edited to conform to the privacy policy for your specific organization by editing the privacy_notice parameter via the Central Configuration utility.
Right-click the privacy text in the Central Configuration Editor right pane to display the text for editing.
