Open the task schedule 1. Select Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Scheduled Tasks. 2. Right-click Open. 3. Verify that there are no errors/problems in the Scheduled Tasks. |

From the Scheduled Tasks window, verify the following:
Any other result is an error.
The log files are in C:\Program File\Carestream Solutions\System 5\TEMP. |

Check log file for errors. If the error cannot be fixed, contact Customer Service. |
